Wow, I honestly cannot believe how rapid my wish list is growing in just few weeks time. I've been bloghopping quite a lot and I've seen too many interesting books read by other bloggers. So, the books that I *really* wish to have for this week are as follows:
I first learnt of Sharon Lathan when I read about her book, My Dearest Mr. Darcy, at Alaine's site. The fact that I love Austen's works so much makes me feel that I must read all these sequels that the author had wrote so far. The detail of the book feature on the left is:
Book Title: Mr & Mrs Fitzwilliam Darcy
Author: Sharon Lathan
Series: Pride and Prejudice Sequel #1
Pages: 320 pages
Genre: Romance
Other Books in This Series:
(1) Loving Mr. Darcy
(2) My Dearest Mr. Darcy
I'm sure that most of you would agree with me when I say that the cover of this book is absolutely stunning. I read a lot of reviews on it and the idea of a tough female protagonist really draw me in. I really hope that I'll get my own copy for this one very soon.

ReplyDeletehi shy =p
ReplyDeletewow, mr and mrs darcy..kind of interesting.i dont know why every time i hear the name makes me imagining colin firth..
@Darlyn: Perhaps due for two obvious reasons: (1) He acted as Mark Darcy in Bridget Jones's Diary and (2) He also acted as Mr. Darcy in Pride & Prejudice quite sometime ago.
ReplyDeleteI've read both these books and I'm sure you'll love them. I read Graceling and Fire and since you're adding Graceling believe me you'll want to read Fire as well, I liked it even more!

ReplyDelete@Alaine: You're right, Alaine! I know my wish list is getting *way* longer, but these books by Susan Lathan and Kristin Cashore are among books that I must have. Hoping to find them when I go for a book-shopping spree next month =) I love your review on Lathan's book so much. Thanks for introducing me to this great author!
ReplyDelete@Darlyn: *lol* I also LOVE that posh English accent, but not so much when it comes to Colin Firth :P Maybe because I've my eyes fixed on Hugh Grant, or maybe Jude Law, or maybe Orlando Bloom or maybe Rob Pattinson (He doesn't sound too British to me though, but still...) So yeah... the least could go on!
Graceling is sooooooooo good, and I love anything with Darcy...hence my current read, Mr.Darcy, Vampyre
ReplyDelete@Melissa: *lol* I just googled and read the description of the book displayed on your site! It sounds really delicious to me. Will be looking forward on your review for that one!
